With over 7 years of experience in the private event sector, I can guarantee that your private gathering will be one to remember. From intimate two person multi course tasting menus, to three hundred person BBQ’s, I ensure a custom experience tailored to each client’s specific needs. We are happy to assist with any necessary rentals, hire bar and wait staff, and connect you with any of our network of specialists to create a perfect gathering. For the more casual or combination event, I also offer dinner party drop off services- you can order custom hors d’ouevres, a few sides, or a full meal (see “delivery” page). Email me for details!

A Casual Backyard Wedding (Buffet)
Snacks:
- Cheese board
- Crudite platter
- Various dips (carrot-sunflower seed, garlic chickpea, salsa macha, avocado)
- Crackers, bread, pickles, olives, fruits, etc.
Mains:
- Grilled spatchcocked chicken: Calabrian chili marinade, pepperoncini, chimichurri
- Cod: olive oil braised with mussels, olives, paprika, white wine, garlic, tomatoes, lemon, oregano, dill.
- Roasted pork shoulder with tomatillos and cracklings: pickled red onions, lime,cilantro
Sides:
- Braised beans: pinto, white, romano, and butter beans with tomatoes, roasted garlic, thyme, rosemary, basil, butter and crispy buttered breadcrumbs (secretly GF)
- GF grain salad: quinoa, rice, grilled summer squash, cucumber, dill, basil, cilantro, lemon, mint
- Or roasted stuffed squash with sungold tomato sauce.
- Blistered green beans with whipped tahini, garlic, chilies, lemon and basil
- Heirloom tomato and watermelon salad: crispy shallots, mint, basil, nasturtium,
serrano chilies, sherry vinegar, feta on the side
- Kale salad with grilled corn, pumpkin seeds, pickled onion, honey-lime vinaigrette,
cotija on side
- Summer succotash: charred okra, corn, tomatoes, zucchini, edamame with herbs
and butter
